If possible, could topics be re-flagged as unread/new posts when the last post is edited? Sometimes people like to add new text to the bottom of their posts(more news, comments etc) so they don't double post and it is easy to miss the edits.

These suggestions have been brought up by various members this week (put as succinctly as possible):

1) Member titles

2) Other skins

3) The Return of the Spoiler Tags

(Actually this post is primarily to remind you guys that this thread exists...)

Could pop up descriptive text please be added to icons next to the topics (on mouse hover)? I find they VERY confusing.

Well, the key for the icons is at the bottom of the page... But I do agree that they're confusing. (The "x" for polls is counter-intuitive...)

I see the key there, but what does it mean when there is an arrow pointing down? I don't see that in the key, but I have seen it before on the forums.

That's been bugging me since I noticed it, and trying to answer it hurts my OCD. Or something. In short: I wish I knew.

It seems to me that if you have posted in a topic then the arrow will point down and if you haven't posted in that topic then it will point to the right.

It would be nice to have an area where everyone who changed their name could say who they used to be. I'm seeing a lot of new members who seem familiar but I have no idea who they are.

You can't see the topic sub-title until after you go into the topic. It would be nice if we could see both before we click on the topic.

Getting posts back? If not, can we at least modify our own user title?

My suggestions are very simple...

Wherecer the information is kept where you can put in yout gender and etc... Wherever that is you should put it with the other profile edit options... If they already are, I either I can not find them, or I do not have them :)

Just for some safety measures, I believe we should have the admins/mods check new member's posts to ensure that we aren't trolled... I remember the last time G2G was trolled.

Never again...

P.S. If there is anyway at all that I can do to help the forum, I would gladly oblidge... Yes.. Starting after this post... Spellcheck will now be used... (oh yeah... could you put that in the menu too?)

Thank you!

Whoops, ok I changed the profile fields so that members can edit them.

All new members require an admin to approve them before they can post and so far this has been working. If we have problems then we will increase security measures.

If at all possible it would be nice to have the moderator/admin list we use to have.

Thanks.
